The crash happened along NE 82nd Street and Biscayne Blvd.  According to Miami Police, one driver was pronounced dead at the scene.     MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Dramatic video showing the air rescue, as Miami-Dade Fire lifted a man injured in a jet ski accident out of Biscayne Bay.   According to officials, the accident happened in the bay just east of Picnic Island around 3:30 Saturday afternoon.   CBS4 News learned two adult males were injured. The first was airlifted to Jackson Ryder Trauma Center and his condition is unknown. The second person was transported by ground in serious condition. No other details were known.

    MIAMI – The Miami Beach Coast Guard Station saved one person Saturday after a Good Samaritan reported a man floating on a makeshift raft near Fowey Rocks. The vessel’s owner, Spread Out, informed Sector Miami observers at approximately 1 p.m. that he encountered a man on a makeshift raft, and the man said he left Cuba, was adrift for 10 days, and that the other three people who accompanied him had died, according to a press release from the Coast Guard. The station’s rescue team took the person to Coast Guard Robert Yered. Miami-Dade fire personnel evaluated the man and determined that he needed immediate medical attention. Miami-Dade Fire personnel took the man into his boat and transported him to a hospital. “We cannot emphasize enough how dangerous it is to put to sea and navigate the Straits of Florida in unsafe vessels,” said Lt.
