    A 25-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after opening fire on a woman's moving car in Bucks County, authorities said. Anthony Kelly, of Levittown, was arraigned Thursday, March 3 on an attempted murder charge, following the non-fatal shooting in Lower Southampton, police said. The motorist told officers that she had been shot at while driving on Street Road on Wednesday, March 2.  The woman was not injured, but her vehicle was damaged by gunfire, police said. The investigation ultimately led police to Kelly, who was arrested in Lansdale on Thursday, March 3. No motive for the shooting has been released. Kelly was remanded to Bucks County Jail after failing to post 10 percent of $1 million bail, records show. His preliminary hearing is set for March 16.
    A New York City woman is suing Via after her 'irate' driver forced her to jump from a moving car before he chased her on foot through traffic during a trip last year, with the ride-share app only offering credit for her traumatic journey after claiming an internal investigation did not support her claims. It happened at about 9 p.m. Monday, July 5 on the freeway southbound between FM 1960 and Richey in North Harris County, KTRK-TV in Houston reported. According to preliminary information from Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, the girl, who was possibly 15 years old, had an argument with her mom right before she jumped out of the car. Denise Stracqualursi, 56, of Tewksbury was working on Monday when the cart she was pushing was hit by a car, injuring her. She passed away on Thursday, according to MassCOSH. “It is essential that grocery store employers protect employees who collect empty carts or deliver groceries to a parked vehicle.
