Yet another influencer has slammed fashion retailer Revolve for this year's mismanaged Revolve Festival, complaining that she felt like 'cattle on a content farm' at last weekend's event. Following the two-day festival — which was attended by stars like Kim Kardashian and included performances by Post Malone and Jack Harlow — several attendees griped on social media that they were stuck waiting hours in intense heat for shuttles to the festival grounds. Now TikToker Maddie White, 26, has said she no longer supports the company and won't ever work for them again. Maddie was given free admission and a $2,000 clothing credit to promote the event, but claims Revolve failed to deliver on their promises of a VIP experience written into her contract. Like some other influencers who were unhappy with the event, Maddie insists she's not spoiled — but points out that influencers drive about 70 per cent of Revolve's sales and should expect better treatment. WORKING in Britain for the Kremlin or its stooges was always morally dubious at best. Now it is treacherous and repugnant. So we have no problem with a proposed legal clamp on lawyers, PR firms or bean counters working for dodgy oligarchs with proven Kremlin links. 4Our sanctions must deepen to cause grief to his cronies and, ultimately, PutinCredit: Getty As Putin ramps up his hideous assault on Ukraine, so our sanctions must deepen to cause grief to his cronies and, ultimately, him. If that also includes what Sajid Javid branded the “white-collar collaborators” with the Hitler of the 21st Century, so be it. Another MP claims certain lawyers at London law firms Harbottle and Lewis, Carter Ruck and CMS have risked their reputations allegedly helping oligarchs intimidate our free Press. There are other measures the West must take. Russia’s continued presence on the UN Security Council must end. So must UK aid to Imran Khan’s Pakistan, which backs Russia and has even signed a new deal to buy its wheat. Most read in NewsGET OUT NOW Russia issues chilling...

2021 PH27 was discovered from images taken by a team of scientists from Brown University (United States) and obtained with the Dark Energy Camera mounted on the 4-meter Víctor M. Blanco Telescope of the Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory, in Chili. Studying these types of bodies is helpful in helping scientists understand where asteroids originated and the forces that shaped the architecture of our solar system. “Most likely, 2021 PH27 has left the Main Asteroid Belt between Jupiter and Mars and that the gravity of the inner planets has shaped its orbit to its current configuration,” explains Scott S. Sheppard, the astronomer who made the discovery. . “Although, based on its large 32 degree tilt angle, it is possible that 2021 PH27 is an extinct comet from the outer solar system venturing too close to one of the planets.” Because 2021 PH27 is so close to the The Sun’s massive gravitational field experiences general relativistic effects more strongly. This manifests itself in a slight angular deviation in its elliptical orbit over time, a motion called precession. The observation of Mercury’s precession...
TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — Herm Edwards is off to a successful start in his first stint as a college coach, turning Arizona State into a Pac-12 contender. With it, he has raised the bar in the desert. The days of scratching for a bowl spot may be over. The No. 25 Sun Devils are loaded with talented returning players, have one of the conference’s best quarterbacks and have put themselves in position to possibly win a Pac-12 South championship — maybe more. “We’re a focused football team,” Edwards said. “I think it has a lot to do with the players that decided to come back in the spring. That’s kind of where our mindset is right now, as far as what I know, what I see and feel about the players.” The hiring of Edwards in 2017 raised a few eyebrows. The former NFL coach and TV analyst had never led a college program and there were questions about whether he could handle the world of recruiting and NCAA rules. Edwards has proven the critics wrong, leading the Sun...

An isolated cloud larger than the Milky Way galaxy itself has been discovered in deep space in an unusual spot, a new study says. The cloud - which is made up of gas, has a mass of 10 billion suns and is between 10,000 and 10,000,000 Kelvin - is located in Abell 1367, a galaxy cluster roughly 330 million light-years from Earth in the constellation Leo. The researchers made their recent find using the European Space Agency X-ray Multi-Mirror Mission. 'This is an exciting and also a surprising discovery,' one of the study's co-authors, Dr. Ming Sun, an associate professor of physics at University of Alabama Huntsville, said in a statement.  'It demonstrates that new surprises are always out there in astronomy, as the oldest of the natural sciences.'  The discovery becomes even more odd when compared to the rest of Abell 1367, which contains roughly 70 galaxies, clustered together. 'However, the cloud is not associated with any galaxy and is in a 'no-galaxy's land,' Sun explained, adding it most likely came from a far, unknown galaxy part of the...
Rep. Louie Gohmert hit the Twitter trends on Wednesday for asking at a hearing about whether or not the U.S. Forest Service or Bureau of Land Management might be able to move the moon. As one does. Gohmert was speaking to Forest Service Supervisor Jennifer Eberlien when he asked about lunar realignment. “I understand from what’s been testified to, the Forest Service, and BLM, you want very much to work on climate change,” said Gohmert in an audible red flag. “I was informed by the past director of NASA that they have found that the moon’s orbit is changing slightly and so is the Earth’s orbit around the sun, and we know there’s been significant solar flare activity.” “And so is there anything the National Forest Service or BLM can do to change the course of the moon’s orbit or the Earth’s orbit around the sun?” he asked. “Obviously they would have profound effects on our climate.” Here’s the clip, via Forbes. Some people seem to think Gohmert was being snarkastic to illustrate a point about climate change, a...

That’s pretty hot. So Eyewitness News spent part of this muggy Monday with some roofers. O’Hagan said Kate Bilo’s forecast for the rest of the week seemed so unstable with possible rain and storms they weren’t even going to mess with ripping off shingles. So they focused on gutters and staying hydrated. “There’s no hiding from the sun. You just gotta do what you gotta do — put a wet rag...

After all, vaccines are only useful when they become vaccinations. This is so important, because we know getting the jab is the best way to protect ourselves and the people around us. It is also our way out of this pandemic. On Monday a number of European countries temporarily suspended the use of the Oxford/AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine due to reports of a small number of people who had been vaccinated suffering from blood clots. With the NHS at breaking point, the public is rightly in no mood to tolerate anyone who plays fast and loose with the nation’s health. The supermarket giants must also play their part to the hilt. MATCH OF THE DAY was mocked for its worst episode EVER as the show had no goals and boasted ‘more pundits than games’. The BBC’s Premier League highlights package was due to show Liverpool’s game at Newcastle and Tottenham’s trip to Fulham on Wednesday. 2 Match of the Day was roasted for an episode without any goals But after the last-minute coronavirus KO of the all-London clash – which left Spurs boss Jose Mourinho fuming – Match of the Day was forced into a very literal episode with only one top flight game on offer. And the champions failed to provide much for millions of fans stuck at home in Tier 4 after a bore draw on Tyneside. Jurgen Klopp’s side played out a goalless stalemate at St James’ Park as Toon boss Steve Bruce did his old Manchester United side a huge favour in the title race. The Red Devils are just three points behind Liverpool with a game in hand after Marcus Rashford’s last-gasp winner against Wolves on Tuesday. Fans ruthlessly ripped into...
