Brian Laundrie's parents asked a judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed against them by Gabby Petito's mom and dad by insisting they were entitled to plead the fifth when questioned about their son.    The Laundrie family's lawyer Steven Bertolino made the application to a court in Sarasota, Florida, on Wednesday. He did so in response to the Petitos' claims that the couple knew their son had killed their daughter, and helped him plot to escape.  'The Laundries have exercised their constitutional right to refrain from speaking and have relied on counsel to speak for them. This is not only common practice in our civilized community but it embodies the exercise of fundamental rights under the United States and Florida Constitutions,' Bertolino told CNN.
