Actor Thomas Ian Nicholas and his wife, Colette Marino, are calling it quits.
Marino, 46, has filed for a divorce from the “American Pie” star, 41, according to documents obtained by TMZ. The house music artist, known as DJ Collette, cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the breakup.
Documents indicate that Marino and Nicholas — whose legal name is listed as Thomas N.
Scarnechia — have been separated since September 3, 2019. The couple married in 2007 and share two children. Getty ImagesThe couple wed in 2007 and welcomed their first child, son Nolan, in 2011, followed by daughter Zoë in 2016.
Marino is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their kids and is looking to block the court’s ability to award support to either parent.
She’d also like their prenuptial agreement to be enforced by the judge.
In addition to co-starring in teen comedy classic “American Pie” alongside Jason Biggs, Alyson Hannigan and Eugene Levy, Nicholas was a child actor who starred in 1993’s “Rookie of the Year” as Chicago Cubs player Henry Rowengartner.

It’s another girl for Tom Branson!
Allen Leech, who plays the chauffeur-turned-beloved family member in “Downton Abbey,” revealed that he and his wife, Jessica Blair Herman, are expecting their second daughter.
While Leech did not explicitly share the sex, he told Page Six exclusively at Sunday’s “Downton Abbey: A New Era” premiere in New York City, “If you can see what myself and my wife are wearing, you have a clue.”
Leech, 40, had on a pink-hued jacket, while Herman, 35, rocked a sparkly pink dress.
“I’ll be well outnumbered,” he joked, adding that the baby is due in “late September, early October.”
The Irish actor wed Herman, who appeared in “The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story,” in January 2019 at the Alisal Ranch in California. Guests at the ceremony included his “Bohemian Rhapsody” co-stars Rami Malek and Lucy Boynton. A year later, the couple welcomed their first baby girl.
Leech reprises his role as Tom Branson in “Downton Abbey: A New Era,” which was filmed partly in the South of France.
“We heard that might be in the script,” he explained of the location. “And every actor — if they say they didn’t, they’re lying — checked ‘Exterior: Riviera’ to see if their character was there. It was the first thing I did, and I was delighted [to make the cut].”
